Steamfast Sidekick
Nice product, powerful & very easy to use and the company is wonderful about customer service. The manual is pretty worthless tho. A couple of things you need to know are; once it's warmed up, you will need to press and hold the button until the water is able to work it's way up thru the wand. Also, it drips heavily on the higher steam setting which is very unfortunate. Might be because I'm in a humid area and dryer climes won't have or cause that problem. It drips even on the lower settings but MUCH less so is tolerable for furniture, mattresses, bathrooms etc. No stains. Not so sure how it would do on clothing. Overall, I'm happy with it's performance and the attachments, seems to be the best, most powerful steamer for it's size out there at a decent price ~ just wish they could correct that drip but may simply be one of those laws of physics we have to live with :-)
Wonderful little machine
I've had my steamfast sidekick for about a week now and am extremely happy with it. I have turned into a cleaning nut because it does such a wonderful job. This tackles all those jobs that used to take forever (showers, fridge, stove) and knocks them out quickly. I read the feedback from other users before I purchased this and only one gave me pause. The one about ordering extra brushes etc. I had no problem at all. Contacted the website and had a reply in less than 24 hours. The replacement brushes etc are now A275 numbers rather than what the book says. I ordered a pack of brushes on Monday and had them on Wednesday! Can't get much better than that. I highly recommend this steam cleaner. I am seriously considering ordering the floor model now.
Steam Cleaner
So far so good for around the house, kitchen, hardward, grease...However not too good to steam press cloths as claimed. Unit spits out to much water droplets making the fabric wet and not steamed pressed, so wrinkles are still obvious on the fabric.
