Coming from an asian family
We had our last one 10+ years. Mother wanted one exactly like it and she said that this one is no different in quality from our last one. Amazing rice cooker and Amazon did a great job getting it here quick. Would Recommend
The Best rice cooker EVER
We just love our rice cooker compared to american ones. You can cook amazing sticky rice and leave it in this cooker on warm for like 4 days WITHOUT having to unplug it and without getting the rice getting all soggy or dry as hell as ALL american rice cookers do. Do you understand what im saying? WARM rice for four days without having to cook rice every day. The price is a little high but what do you expect for something so amazing..The only complaint i have is that MY specific cooker leaves a smiley face on the lid when it closes and the hinge pin for the cover migrates at 1cm per 2 months so i just gotta push it in with my fingers once in a while. thats the only reasons for why im giving this a 4 star.
Now that's a rice cooker.
This reminds me of the first rice-cooker we got in Asia a long time ago. We make four to six cups of rice in about 20 minutes. Simple, consistent, fast, easy to clean, perfect rice every time.
